Does Sailwave only use fixed handicaps for different classes?

You need to use whatever your club's Notice of Race / Sailing
Instructions specify for the series that you are scoring.....
http://www.sailwave.com/index.php?page=resources describes the rating
files that are available (you can of course roll your own...).
The program's help file is also a useful resource......
