What I need to know is how to set up individual races in a series showing finish times and corrected times using PHRFTOT. Can get corrected times, but only shown on series summary.

I would not expect to see corrected times on a series summary.
To have finish times and corrected times show on individual races is
easy when you know the trick 
When you have the initial publish results window open, you should
see it has 3 tabs [‘What to publish’, ‘Options’ & ‘Notes’]. The
‘What to publish’ iis where you select series and/or individual
races races. The ‘Options’ tab is allows you to select for
individual races whether things like DNC, Start, Finish and/or
Corrected times, Laps are shown.

I think the following will help you. You need to set some options when you setup and edit the race and then some further options when you print the results. I have included screen shots.
In EDIT RACE
make sure that the “Finishes will be recorded as” shows Finish Time NOT Place.
Enter Start Time of the Race. If there are multiple fleets you will need a start time for each fleet.
When publishing the results (CTRL+P)
Check both the “Publish a series summary table” and “Publish individual race table”.
Click on the “Options” tab and select the individual race tables columns that you would like published; Start Times, Finish Times, Corrected Times, etc.
