Having trouble with scoring multiple divisions

I'm having trouble scoring multiple divisions in a same class. Currently using the last version: 2.00 built 7.

Ex.

I have a fleet of 198 competitors, which are divided by colors for a starting line. Race 1A (white)& (yellow), R2 (pink) & (blue), R3 (red) & (green). Same goes on for race 2A,2B,2C up until race 12.

I have to combine two races per start. I've created the races with the starts, I've classified them with DIVISION=WHITE OR DIVISION=YELLOW etc. I test them and I got a good result. The problem goes when I score the race by division at the end of the day. I got the RANK by Division but separately not joined divisions like I need. Ex. I get 33 competitors for each color instead of 66 competitors combined.
It should read on the rank 198 competitors but the results for each division by the way they race. I don't know if i'm clear but that's the way it goes. Please help!! what do I need to do?? I'm I doing something wrong ?? I can send the file but don't know where?

I think you want to use flight scoring rather than division scoring. Attached and below are Alamitos Bay YC’s scorers notes for flights.
