Is there a way to get SailWave to score races using the high point
system? We use it for our summer series where the winning boat gets
points equal to the number starters, second place 1 minus starters,
etc. Love the software otherwise.

Is there any way to handle a mid season rating change. Currently I have the rating as part of the global boat information, meaning the rating is applicable to all races. I need to be able to so how change the rating without affecting previous results.

When I double click on the results, I can see the ratings tab has a default rating and a rating for this race, but both are grayed out and can not be changed.

Hi Colin, use the "Override with" in the Ratings tab of Edit+Result to
override the default rating on a per competitor/race basis. You can
optionally tick the option under that field to keep this rating for
succeeding races; i.e. until the end of the series or until another race
specific rating is defined... Regards, CJ.
