My club has just run an event for 24 boats, that were split into 4 'groups' of 6 boats (I use the word 'group' as I am not sure if these are termed fleets, flights, or divisions within Sailwave).
Each race had 2 starts comprising 2 'groups', ie: 12 boats per start.
There were 3 races, and the 'groups' (red, yellow, green , blue) were cycled round so that each 'group' raced each of the other 3 once only.
How do I set up Sailwave to show separately the results for each start? ie: red v yellow, green v blue, etc. I can get a summary table that combines all the results, and that correctly handled the series-ties, but not the individual race tables. Having two starts combined in the race table is rather confusiing.
I have had no response yet!
How can I separate the individual Starts in the race tables, to avoid showing multiple firsts, multiple seconds, etc, all in the same table?

Thanks, but these ideas don't seem to solve the problem.
After publishing, the summary table is OK, but each race table still contains the two Starts with the results jumbled up. What I want is each Start shown separately in the race table.
You may care to look here to see the problem: http://www.cookhamreachsc.org/races_2009/merlin%20open.htm
In "17/5 R1", I would like to see all the 'Red & Blue' boats together, and all the 'Yellow & Green' boats together. Likewise for the other two races.
Any more ideas please?
SW publishes results in the order that they appear on the screen. Not sure
if this works but try
sort into race position order
change view to start names
sort by relevant race column
change view back to positions
If this does not work, there is a long way round by setting up a new column
& enter the start 'name' for each boat & sort accordingly
Problem is that you will have to do this for every race
I have had no response yet!
How can I separate the individual Starts in the race tables, to avoid
showing multiple firsts, multiple seconds, etc, all in the same table?

ie: red v yellow, green v blue, etc. I can get a summary table that combines
all the results, and that correctly handled the series-ties, but not the
individual race tables. Having two starts combined in the race table is
rather confusiing.
