How do I enable wind values

I'm using uspn ratings but don't seem to be able to enable individual
ratings for different wind strengths for each race.

Click "Scoring System" and go to the "Rating System" tab.

Choose "USSA Portsmouth" as the Rating System
Choose "Use wind indexing"
In the "Wind Strengths" field enter "0-1, 2-3, 4, 5-9"
(These are the Beaufort wind strengths for US Portsmouth)

Then each of your competitors will need to have the "wind indexed rating" field filled in with something like "96.8,95.4,93.2,92.3". Note the use of commas. To do this automatically, you will need a ratings file in this format:

USPN,BNT210,95.1,"96.8,95.4,93.2,92.3"
USPN,CAT250,95.5,"97.1,95.0,93.6,92.7"

When the 2004 USPN ratings come out in a few weeks I will be creating a Sailwave format CSV file to feed my system and I'll be happy to post it.
