How do I score a keelboat regatta with handicaps?

Help! I've only ever used Sailwave to score one design fleets but now
I've been too clever and have been entrusted with a keelboat regatta.
The rating system to be used is ASPN which is the equivalent of
PHRF = 63000/ASPN-400

So,
1. How do I set up competitors and their handicaps. I don't see
anywhere to enter a handicapping system. I thought there may be a nice
drop down list of handicapping methods!
2. On finish I enter the finish time having taken note of the start
time. Does the programme automate entering start times for all
competitors? I see that real time is an option but this requires
hitting the keys at the right time so entering times in "unreal" time
is easier I think.
3. Is there a way to get around 9:27:32 with all the colons, it seems
very tedious.

This is all to say that I have suddenly become a novice with Sailwave.
Any pointers will be much appreciated.
Thanks, Donald

I'd start by reading
http://sailwave.com/help/HTML/setting_up_a_series_for_the_fi.htm

Just leave out the colons  i.e. 092732 - the actual type of time
(actual, elapsed etc.) this refers to is set in the individual race
data (although you can override it when you do the entry).

Have fun!
