How to clear the publish menu

Hi all,

Sorry if this is an obvious question, but I've been publishing the club results for a couple of years now and the publish menu now has an entry for every series and trophy race I've entered. Is there a way to clear the menu?

I am not sure I fully understand the problem you are having. A few questions that might help narrow the problem down.

  1. Are the published results appearing when you click on the “publish” menu on the menu bar?
  2. What options are you using when you publish results?
  3. If you are publishing to a file, what folder are you publishing the results in?
    I suspect that you are publishing the results to a file, and the folder you are putting the file in is either;

C:\Program Files\Sailwave\Templates or C:\Program Files\Sailwave\Templates\My Templates.

These folders are supposed to only contain the publishing templates, and Sailwave lists all the templates in the Publish dropdown. If that is what you have done, create a new folders in your “My Documents” folder, such as \My Documents\Sailing\2010 Regattas and moving all the regatta results to the new folder will solve your problem.

Try with one regatta first to see if it resolves your problem, before moving everything.
