How to publish the rank column?

Hello I am using 1.94 build 29. I can see the rank when in the
program, but the column does not display when publishing. Any
suggestions?

Click on the Columns button - ensure that the Rank entry is set to Yes / Yes (i.e. for view and publish).

Click on the columns button, a window will appear listing all the columns and if they appear on the screen and/or printed. Double click on the rank line and then check the print check box.
