forgive me if this has been asked before.
when importing competitors from a .csv file, will sailwave recognize the boat class and assign the corresponding rating from the ratings file? or is the assignment of ratings a manual step?

Unfortunately it's a manual step. Better if you can to put the rating in the csv file
