Importing Race Results to SailWave

There is an option to import race results to Sailwave.

Please can you let me know what format the input file needs to be?

i.e. What fields need to be specified to identify the boat/competitor?

How do I identify the race being imported?

What are the field names I use for Number of Laps and Elapsed Time for the handicap races?

What is the field name for Position in the pursuit race results (scored by position)?

If the results imported are Time and Laps, will Sailwave score the race/series from the imported date or does it need to be Position that is imported?
