Probably because I am new to Sailwave I could not find how to
register a fleet that races under IMS rating, even if it were with
the simplified performance line system. I thought I could do it with
a custom rating system, but did not find where to register the PLT
and PLD parameters (C = PLT * e - PLD * d) for each boat.

Common request and it's now in development for the custom system. Much work
on ratings being done to improve things. IMS will appear in some form or
another as well.
