Are there simple step by step instructions anywhere on how to set up
sailwave for club racing, or do I have to figure it all out by trial
and error. Can anyone help?

The details depend on your SIs but a typical approach would be somethtin
like this:-

  � Setup+GlobalOptions (common to all series)
  � Create new series (usually based on an existing one after the first
time)
  � Setup+SeriesOptions
  � Setup+ScoringSystems (and scoring rules if appropriate)
  � Add competitors
  � Add races and race starts

In virtually any order you like.

Either double left click on the relevant ‘cell’ of the competitors x
races sheet, or use the Sail No. wizard. If your results entry options
aren’t what you want then right click the race column heading and edit
the start options.
