Installation error Windows 10.

Error : the file
“C:\Users\Public\Documents\Sailwave\Javascript\HighlightWin3.js” could not be
opened.

Any ideas how to fix… tried different
compatibility settings for windows 7 and XP… tried creating the folder but
could not… instead windows has “Public\Public Documents”

Could you give me a bit more information, please?

What version are you installing?

At what point does the error occur?

Could you send a screenshot of the error

Posts to the User Group don’t always appear immediately because they have to be approved by a moderator (unless you have earned and been granted unmoderated status) before they are emailed to the whole group so as to protect users from spam messages.

As for public documents agree it is a little confusing the way that Windows names windows folders but they are the same place
