Hi Mark,
You might consider entering all competitors under their club "ID" then score by Club.
You could then publish results by scoring all competitors together, or by club as required.

Thanks for this reply, this confirms what Jon said. I think this is exactly what I want.

I just need to publish twice – once to get the individual results; then as the team event. This was the gap in my knowledge – I didn’t know you could group competitors like that.
