Hi Colin
The Island SC has they're own handicap system which they use for
boats without an IRC handicap who wish to race. It's used for major
events run by ISC, including the Round the IOW race & Cowes week.
The reason I asked about the file is I'm helping to set up sailwave
for an event this weekend which uses both IRC & ISC handicaps.
