Links to ISAF IDs not publishing in Competitor List or Results

When I publish a Competitor List or Results the links to the ISAF IDs for competitors are not being generated.

I've imported the Competitors using a CSV file (CrewID and HelmID) and checking the Competitor details the ISAF IDs are in there fine.

I'm publishing the file to a local folder and I've tried as both .htm and .html.

I've tried searching through this messageboard and on Google but can't seem to find a thread on this so if somebody could help me out it would be much appreciated.
