Locale problems

God morning, the sun is shining and we are still at work....

I was working with the swedish locales (1.55) and found out that
there will be two "tools" (Verktyg) in the menu. In the second tool
there is "global options and rating". ???

Future request: Make all buttons - just buttons without the text.
Then we only need to translate "hint/help" and the problems with
locales in the buttons are solved.

Time for coffee...

The problem is that we speak different languages, d:-)

Example:

Open = Öppna
History = Tidigare

You see we have different length in our languages - the text doesn´t
fit. I would like to see this in finnish, d:-)!

If you deleted the names in the buttons it would be great, the you
could resize the buttons to have "one size fits all"!

Oh, that problem; yes, German is a problematic too. And it's not just
buttons, prompt text can overflow as well, although it's not as serious.
I'll gradually introduce more icons. For now you could translate all
buttons to a '.' or something to see what the users think of blank
buttons... :slight_smile:
