LOST RESULTS

I am a new Sailwave user, and getting on well except that I seem to
lose results and have to re-enter them. I found a previous message No.
3964 where another new user had the same problem, and you suggested he
wasn't always saving the blw files. I have been very careful to do
this since I first found the problem, but I am still having problems.
Can you help please?

Hi,

I'm not aware of any current bugs that lead to lost results - using the
latest version 1.94 build 25 - can you expain under what cercumstances they
seem to be lost, do you have a repeatable procedure?

Are you sure they are being lost. If scoring fails the voew can sometimes
(incorrectly) be left on scored points and because scoring failed there are
not any and the results look as if they have been lost. In such cases
changing the drop down list to view finishes 'brings them back' if you see
what I mean.
