Hi,
In meltdown at work - reading/scanning SUG messages - understand
issues (not everything appears in the locale - some text is hardwired
espically in the publishing area - agree it needs an overhaul). If
you can wing it for now I'll come back to you all soon...
Will generalise the rouding to one second issue.
will add elapsed offsets per result.
Etc.
Apologies - new build at work not going well and customers on rampage...
Regards

Colin,
The changes in Sailwave introduce 250 new items and make 10 obsolete in the published locales.
You should also ask the authors (including you for eng.txt) to publish updates…
When the captions on publications will be available in the locales, this will be more work to update.
I’m writing a French locale, the main problem I encountered is that the sections are not in the logical order, as most of us are using a very limited part of the system.
So I translated already a lot of unneeded stuff, but the important things are still missing.
Perhaps it could be useful to have three groups : basic / extended / publications…

phil,
you can create an up-to-date english locale as follows. create a file with notepad or any other text editor called, say eng.txt and save it with no content or just blank lines.
start sailwave - point the locae field at your new file.
exit sailwave - you should find it will populate your new file.
if not start/exit sailwave again
