Hi,
I am new to Sailwave and have only just installed v 1.43it but there
is just one problem. When I click on "Sailwave Help" from the start
menu I get told windows is searching for "sailwave.chm".
Does anybody know where I can get hold of the file?
Thanks
Hugh Davies
Hi Hugh,
The Sailwave help file was just made up form the FAQ which is available on
the web site. In fact I've removed it in v1.44 because it's a bit of a
cheat saying it's a help file - as some users pointed out! Sailwave is not
quite finished yet; when the major stuff is in place I'll start on the doc.
I don't want to do it at present because some of the stuff is volatile and
it'll mean high maintenance. For now the SUG is the best place to get help.
Regards,
Colin

Colin,
Thanks for that, as a brand new user I did not know this vital piece
of information <grin>.
Being a software developer I understand about the doc. So far I like
the program and much prefer it to the various spreadsheet versions
that I have come across, I look forward to the finished product.
Given that all software is only 95% complete when do you expect it to
be finished?
Are there any guidelines on constructing ones own html templates and
styles?
Regards
Hugh

Hi,
Not yet, but I hope to have something done pretty soon now that I have my
on-line doc structure sorted out a bit.
