Moving the Points column in a Published Report

Can anyone tell me how I can move the points column in the published
report from the end of the race series to the beginning of the race
series just prior to race one (R1) column.

The easiest way is to publish it to a html editor of choise and for
furter manipulation.

Hi Eddie,

Sailwave will have this capability when the publishing enhancements are
done. This item is currently 4th on the development plan list. As others
have mentioned, at present you need to edit the HTML in one way or another.
The development plan is available on the Sailwave download page. I know
this is a little clunky, and hope that you can live with until the
enhancements are done.

Hi Colin,
We're using PY and review handicaps at the end of each series. Last season I used a spreadsheet to handle results and then generate the Performance indicators using top 2/3 of fleet etc, as in the RYA PY handbook to verify handicaps and adjust as necessary. Does the rating estimator use this process, if not is it something that may appear in Sailwave in the future?

Hi Andy,

The Sailwave development plan has provision for major work on personal
handicaps, which will include RYA PY and club returns etc. I can't give you
timescale however.

See website download page for a link to the dev plan.

The existing rating estimator uses the published RYA method, generalised to
any rating system, so yes it can be used for on a class per series basis.
I'll do a little tweak to it so that it does all classes in the series soon;
i.e. as a precursor to the major work.
