You are scoring by fleet and the RS400 are in the Fhcap fleet. You need to move them to a new fleet. RS 400. Use the competitor tool to change the RS 400 Class
boats to a new RS 400 and add an RS 400 Start. See the results below.

If you wanted to score the RS 400 as part of the Fhcap fleet but give them separate prizes you can use the “Prizes” function and separate them that way.

Thanks Mark, that is a solution I was aware of. I
thought there was a way I could score by Starts, as there is the
facility to determine both the Fleet and the Class in a start.
That would have been quicker than editing each of the competitors.

For the purposes of your prizegiving, you could just score by
class (i.s.o. fleet), to get a ranking of the RS400s. This may not
give a satisfactory overall set of results for publication,
though.
Or, score as one group, check the box Sort by field after
scoring, with field set to Class.

Just got Internet access back so bit late to this thread.
What your RO decided to do needs consideration. There are two
different possibilities for producing a set of results for the
RS400 class, or any other class, in your case:
extracted results where the overall position of the RS400 in
the main fleet is used
re-scored for the RS400 class
The latter could produce a different overall rank within the
RS400 class compared to that of the the first way. This is due to
the difference in relative positions between the main fleet and
the RS400 class. I know this because it has happened to me many
years ago when scoring an Optimist event.
Hope you did not have a problem.
Another option is to use Jon's tool
[] which was
developed to produce Flight lists but can be used to produce other
lists. In your case you could use it to produce page separated
list of class results. - it would produce
extracted results not re-scored results.
