I organise the Bay of Islands Sailing Week and after experiencing some problems with our results programme, we are hoping to use yours. We had 116 boats this year, divided into 8 divisions. 4 of the fleets where running 3 different handicaps - PHRF,General and ORC, and as New Zealand is introducing IRC this year we will probably run that as well. 2 fleets were fleet racing and 1 ran with only 1 handicap system. I have had a go using some of the results we took this year and I have the following questions:

Is it possible to enter the elapsed time once for each handicap system on the same sread sheet, or do we have to have a seperate sheet for each and enter it ?separately.

If thats the case can we make one series spreadsheet template and copy it, or do we have to remove the columns each time for a new series.?

ORC is not mentioned in the Rating data base, is it easy to add it ?

I would set up a number of sifferent scoring systems, each one using a
different rating system. Then apply a scoring system and publish; this
saves having to have multiple entries for each competitor/rating-system.
Alternatively you can create aliases of competitors - this is useful because
an alias of competitor X inherits the results of competitor X, so in this
way you can have all N rating systems scoring at the same time. It really
depends what you're after; it's very flexible.
3. ORC is not mentioned in the Rating data base, is it easy to add it ?<<
Currently you cant add rating system of your own - if ORC is just another
time correction system, using on of these, or use the custom rating system,
which allows you to enter an expression for the corrected time.
