every object - users, events and venues can
have an associated avatar. if you own the object you can set the
avatar from the “action” menu shown to the right of the default
avatar. the avatar setting code is flexible - you can choose a
section of a large image for example - but only jpegs for now.
Unable to upload any photos, as authentication fails.
