New Competitor

Maybe a silly question, but when I select New Competitor, Sailwave inserts a new competitor. I then have to right click Edit Competitor to add all the details. I thought earlier versions of Sailwave opened the competitor window when New or New Like were selected. Is there a way of implementing that facility on the current version. I am using SW2.5 on Windows 7.

Ian,
If you go to Set up - Global Options then tick against "Auti edit new competitors", things should work as you expect.

Thanks, didn’t find that. Didn’t connect ‘Global Options/view’ with entering new competitors.
