On sailing.org, there are now RRS 2005-08 available. I cant find any changes in app. A, but App.D - Team racing has been changed regarding scoring. D 4.1 has been simplified!
I also notice that 3 Race Scoring softwares, including Sailwave, is noticed by ISAF on the web! (Only one supporting Team Racing...)

I think there are scoring chanes in that the rounding of corrected times is
no longer specified.
There is a new scoring code for i think it is rule 69.

Although it would be crazy to let the scoring software resolve wins to 4
decimal places say, when the timekeeper can only react to a tenth of a
second!
It's under user control in Sailwave.
