If what you want is a brief intro on how to enter, score and publish results, assuming someone else has already created the Sailwave file, I have the notes from a workshop I give in the Falmouth area. They run to about 8 pages with screenshots, and just cover the basic scenarios for series multi-fleet yacht racing. Really designed for the RO team. I can zip them up and make them available if you want.
