NHC3 issues

Hello all.

I am the member at our club responsible for overseeing the keelboat racing. One of our series races under NHC.

We no longer have staff experienced with Sailwave and I know very little.

The results from our races seem inconsistent with some boats which come last (on correction) receiving no change to the TCF. Others seem to have the TCF move in the wrong direction after a race.

I can see we are using the external NHC3 setting and there are settings in the Excel sheet which does the calulation however I am not sure which to adjust to make this right.

I have been using NHC this summer with few apparent problems. I would switch to internal and see if that makes a difference.
