Hi,

For various reasons I've gone back to the old numbering system and dumped
the concept of beta versions. The next version will be 1.39 (some time this
week) - it'll then simply increment by 0.1 with each upload. Each
installation filename will continue to be unique (e.g. sw139.exe) so you can
reinstall a previous version if you have to; the last N versions will also
always be available on the web site.

I've also tweaked the installation program to always backup your rating
library to the BACKUP folder which exists in your Sailwave installation
folder - this is to help those that experience their lib getting zapped with
successive upgrades; something I have simply failed to replicate.

I'll add a 'folder options' tab ASAP so that you can define your own folders
for the rat lib and templates/styles etc. This then means that you can have
N parallel versions available using the same resources.
