Opening files

Colin,
One slightly irritating point. If I click on a file in the file window, it opens Sailwave, but only lists the recently used files. It doesn't open the selected file. So, unless the file is one I have recently used, I have to go to Open Series and find the required file all over again. I'm still with 2.02 bld5.

Hi Ian

With 203 Build 6, it does open the series you double clicked.

cheers

Tony,
Thanks, that is all set up correctly. So I am also at a loss. I should have said I don't see the problem with XP, so it must be a Vista improvement!!

All I can suggest is that you check the file association for blw files and compare it with a filetype that does open.

So Control Panel > Control Panel Home > Default Programs > Set Associations

Other than that I'm out of ideas

Strange, I don't think there is anything you can setup to change that behaviour. What OS are you using?

Well, I have upgraded, but double clicking doesn't open the file for me. I must have something set up wrong.
