it is for ORC anyone out there know how this is

At a guess, you are looking at either IMS or ORC Club. The ORC
(Ocean Racing Club) is the custodian of IMS (International
Measurement System) as well as the simplified ORC Club rating.
Have a look at their website www.orc.org, check your notice of race
and then work out which one you are doing. Don't get confused
with
IRC which is different again.
If you are still having problems, get back to me. I recently went
through the same hoops.
