As part of that tweak, when printing ‘all sailed races’ would it be easy to not print races with no results? We publish all our results for a series for all fleets, but some fleets only sail occasionally see Mirror detail in following link http://www.sailwave.com/results/bass/2012/bl.htm

I totally agree, that's a feature I've been lacking a long time!
A sorting order like this would be nice:
Fleet 1 Total (summary table)
Fleet 2 Total
Race 3 Fleet 1 (individual race table)
Race 3 Fleet 2
Race 2 Fleet 1
Race 2 Fleet 2
Race 1 Fleet 1
Race 1 Fleet 2

I was just about to start a thread asking if this would be possible when I found this one. Has it been implemented as I can’t see it?
Additionally, Would it be possible to have a radio button under Publish individual race tables for “Just Last Race”? I appreciate you can specify individual races but I’m trying to make it as automatic (simple!) as possible.
Many thanks

Hi Peter - Your wish has been granted !!
Make sure you have installed the latest version of Sailwave 2.19.8 then download the exe only for Sailwave 2.19.9 from https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/220425/sailwave.exe
and replace the existing sailwave.exe with the new 2.19.9
You can now enter an L in the “Just these races” box and it will publish just the last sailed race when you select publish individual race tables.
See screen shot below
2.19.9 also enables generating sortable Competitor Lists if you use the following script as an effect
Please let me have any feedback on both features

Many thanks for your prompt attention to this.
Sorry not to have replied sooner but I encountered a problem which I’ve been trying to test. When I tried the “L” option on an existing series it had no effect, a new series was fine. Testing seems to show that as soon as you add or delete a race it works without problem. So not a real issue!
The script for a sortable list I’ve not been able to make work I’m afraid. I created a js file with your script and added to the javascript folder. I can see it in the source code of the published results but can’t see immediately why it has no effect. I’ve attached the file.
Many thanks

I’ve copied 2.19.9 exe file into the Sailwave folder on my Mac but the ‘L’ option has no effect.
Any thoughts as to why?

William,
If it’s an existing series I found you need to give it a kick. Try
adding some race results or deleting a race.

Numerous kicks eventually did the trick but I couldn’t tell you what actually did the trick. It may have been introducing a new competitor.

Hi Peter and others - Sorry re the issue with the “L” option to only publish the last sailed race - even though I had intended to ignore races that hadn’t raced it wasn’t ignoring them correctly. Please download the exe only from https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/220425/sailwave.exe and replace the existing Sailwave.exe. I’ve fixed this so Version 2.19.10 should now work as intended. Please let me know if it works for you.
The Sortable list script that I published here on the SUG was for use with Competitor list only which is why it is not working for your summary table - I have one for use with summary tables which is a bit more complicated which I will publish very shortly.
