I was wondering when Personal Handicaps were going to be included in your fantastic software. They seem to be static on the development plan or going backwards and many other problems appear to be taking precedence.
I believe the every day club user would find personal handicaps more benefit to them in every day use than Flights and Starting Matrix's.

Just thought it would be handy when going to "Edit race" if there was a
field to enter the OOD's name and then for this to be published along with
other details at the top of every race.

If you are going to do this then use the correct terminology "RO" or "NRO"

PH is very close, I've been iterating towards it shile doing everything
else; just not much to say yet - it's been beneath the hood stuff.
Definitely need more Welsh in the side...
