PHRFTOT fields

hello all,

I used an earlier version of salwave in the past, but am having issues
with the version I downloaded this week. My club races PHRFTOT. Where
do I set the A and B fields (we use 550 and 650) in the system? I have
our entire season set up, have the boat phrfs listed, and selected
PHRFTOT as the scoring system but every time I falsify times and score
a race all of the boats tie! I found that the issue is that sailwave is
not correcting tims, but I have no idea how to tell it to do so. Any
help would be appreciated.

Scot,

No expert but -

First you need to "enable" non-basic features (I cannot imagine why
anybody would us only the "basic" features, this was a real mystery when
I first started learning this version). Under SETUP / USER INTERFACE
enable "Pro" mode.

Now, when you choose a rating system (under SETUP / SCORING SYSTEM) it
allows you to enter the A and B factors for PHRF TOT scoring. I haven't
tried it but I think that should do the trick.

Hello

Fields A and B are only displayed if the User Interfece is set up to () Pro [v] Wind indexed ratings

... hence a question to Colin.

If UI Lite is selected, PHRF ToT may be choosen, and fields A and B are required, shouldn't it be easier if the UI was toggled to Pro, Wind Indexed Ratings automatically selected, and right part of the window displayed?
