create a table in Powerpoint,
copy & paste selected data into the table
(make sure you highlight same cell area before pasting)
Not perfect but best I can think of

I think there is a way to have a page in PowerPoint with a link to an external/other application and when you click on it it goes to that application. I am sure I have seen this in Microsoft presentations, they usually have been calling up a video clip.
