Critical feedback appreciated.
Note: This version handles holes in places. i.e. if you've just entered
places 1 to 100
and then change a couple to be BFG for example, you do not have to rearrange
places any more; Sailwave now ranks places like it does for elapsed times.
Note: Because of the above, flight scoring (multiple firsts/seconds etc) now
works
with elapsed time or start/finish results when using starts.
Note: Patrick T, your bugs still not fixed yet; sorry. Will definitely do
for next version!
