PS: This build fixes the problems reported with starts in 1.64
I have found a problem with the publish results function which makes this release pretty much unusable.
1. When publishing results the separate tables check box is greyed out and all results are published as a single table.
2. When publishing results the Include these scored groups is greyed out.

I've found the problem, it's an upgrade thing. If you score the series
again using the grouped method it should be OK. I've fixed the problem so
that it works on file open (without rescoring) as well now.

I had scored the series using 1.62. After scoring the series again using 1.65 the publish results work.
Are you planning on allowing the copmetitor list to be published in separate lists?
