Hi all… anyone have an issue in running Jon’s Prize application with the latest beta version of sailwave?
the program works perfectly with an old vista machine running 2.11 beta (from last year)… but nothing comes up on a probook running win 7 with the latest version of sailwave.
the icon spins… and then nothing.
Puzzled.

Hi Mark,
I use it most weekends although I did have a weekend off from scoring this weekend but used it the weekend before and the 2 previous weekends without any problems
Running Sailwave 2.16.7 on Windows 7 64 bit laptop
2.16.7 is the current stable version on the Sailwave site
and the prize program is SWPrize 1.4.1
If you are not using 1.4.1 of SWPrize you can download it from https://sites.google.com/site/eskdalesite/home/swprize
Out of curiosity which version of Sailwave and SWPrize are you running?
If you still have a problem send me your blw and your prz files and I’ll check there is not an issue but I think it should be fine

ah… my bad… the new Norton 360 and windows user control was interfering in some interactive way…
I am using the latest versions of both programs on this laptop… (I took the old vista ,machine with SW 1 41 as backup…)
Lesson learned… don’t try and be an iron man and score 160 boats on 3 circles with up to 10 races by yourself… You can do it… but you can’t enjoy that keg of summer ale in the beer wagon that the parked by your workstation all weekend long… sigh…
