PROBLEM Importing Competitors from a Spreadsheet

I want to load a list of competitors and aliases from a CSV file, but
can not see how to make it work.

How do I load the alias information from a CSV file. I want to load all
the competitors into their respective classes and at the same time load
aliases indicating which subclasses they are sailing in.

When I export a list of competitors and aliases to a sailwave file, there is no indication as to which competitors are the base entry and which are aliases of that entry.

Any idea how to export the alias information and relationships.
