Hi
I have tried to download sailwave both onto my laptop and PC - but get the following message on both machines:
“you do not have access to make the required system configuration modifications. Please rerun the installation from an administrators account”
I am an administrator on the laptop and the PC only has the one account which is an administrator. Both machines are running Windows 10. Anyone else experienced this and found a way to download the software?

The Install procedure is two steps - first to download the
program installer, then to run the installer.
Its best (on Windows) to download to a "safe" directory, e.g.
Downloads, which permits you to execute the installer thereafter,
which puts the program in the correct place- are you perhaps
trying to download to a protected directory?
