Pubishing Multiphy Events

I am a total beginner to Sailwave and would appreciate some help in publishing multiply events i.e. a regatta with all the regattas events displayed on the one page.

No doubt the answer is starring me in the face, but I am unable to see it

Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi David,

I am not sure I understand your requirement. It could be that I

am not understanding your terminology.

However, if you mean that there are different groups taking part

in a regatta then all those different classes, divisions or fleets
can be scored in one Sailwave file and the overall series results
for each grouping published as one HTML page; additionally if you
want you can also publish the individual race results for each
grouping as part of the same HTML page.

Perhaps if you could give me a mock up of what you would like

then I can help you better. If appropriate a copy of the NoR &
SI’s would be helpful or a copy of your Sailwave.

Kind regards,

Huw

Dear Huw

Many thanks for your swift reply, the best example of what I am trying to archive can be found at http://mumblesyachtclub.co.uk/results/2015/open2015.htm

this is from the Styles Library of the Sail Wave website

To date I have only be able to archive the publishing of a single event.

Best wishes

Hi David,

All you need to do is put all your regatta competitors in ons

Sailwave file and then ‘tag’ appropriate competitors with their
fleet. When you come to scoring the regatta series you use the
second scoring option when the scoring series window pops up.

I think it would helpful if you download the following document

http://www.sailwave.com/download/sailwave/Sailwave_ABYC_User_Guide.pdf ,
it is a User Guide written by a SUG member in California. It is
currently available via the Sailwave site because the club it was
written for is currently upgrading their web site and links are
broken.

Once you have had a chance to peruse the document, I am quite

happy to try and answer any questions you may have.

Hope the document helps.

Kind regards,

Huw
