Hi Mike, When you upload results to the website from Sailwave you are using ftp protocol. It would appear that the service provider is blocking port 21 for some reason although this seems a little unlikely. Or there may be a DNS issue with the name of the site and the mobile service provider. I don’t think it’s possible to say the exact cause without some further tests.
Try using an ftp program such as Core Ftp lite which is free to upload from the 3G Dongle and see what error message you get.
You can also try replacing the name of the website with its IP address and see if that makes any difference
