Publish - Small layout

Hi Colin,

The "Small" layout is now different.
Before its look better because one line on two was in faded grey.and it
was more clear to publish on screen and easier to read.
Could you please take a look on this matter.

This may not be a style issue, but is there a way to eliminate the
contents list at the top of the results when scoring multiple fleets?
We score multiple fleets with just a few boats in each, so the
contents list is unnecessary and uses valuable space on the page.

Also, can I surpress the scoring codes key at the bottom? The
occasional DNC & DNF don't really need explanation!

Hi kett, No * 2 as it stands. I'll do those tweaks as well next week and I
think I have other outstanding publishing tweaks - some of which are yours.
Away untiu Mon now...

ANy small easy publishing changes like this that would help anybody I can
do - major changes are out at the moment... :slight_smile:
