The file is most likely going to another location on the server, not
where you are expecting to see it. Possibly the main directory?

It’s not an issue when the directory is defined.
On our server we use public_HTML/results/2012/filename.htm
Of course everyone will have a separate path

Hi,
I believe I solved the issue.
It all depends on the ftp account the used logged in with because with the account there is a specific path associated with that log-in.
I created a new ftp user with a specific path, used that in sailwave settings, and the file now uploads fine.
