Publishing boats identified in columns separately and in addition to main results

In my national results there are prizes for 7 different categories, under 18, under 21, over 50, female helm etc. They are recorded in columns, is it possible to publish just these categories in Sailwave. At present I do it by sorting in Excel

Hi Alistair,

The short answer is no. However.

There is a way that you can publish/show the prizes for the 7 different categories.

Use the Prize functionality which produces a table that is displayed below the published results or published on its own. Open Setup on menu bar and select Prizes at the bottom of the list. To publish the prize table you need to check a box on the right of the first publish window.

There also an external utility created by Jon to create a prize table, which is slightly more flexible. This utility can be downloaded via link at eskdalesite.

Another option - If you use the ‘Effect’ Tablesorter when you click on a category header the table with be sorted on that column whilst maintaining the overall rank order.

I would use the SWPrize program it will do exactly what you want and more

SWPrize is included in the standard install of sailwave so you already have it
