Publishing by email

I have tried to publish using the "As a webpage attachment to an email
addressed to the person(s) below" option. Sailwave then declares that it
is using MAPI then announces "Message posted to Outbox OK". Nothing
actually gets sent.

I use the Thunderbird email client which has no outbox. The Outlook
Express client that came with the machine has never been set up.

How do I set up MAPI to deal with my ISP ?

Hi Mike,

Sailwave uses MAPI to send emails so you need to use a MAPI compliant email
client.

I need to extend it so that Sailwave sends out using SMTP directly because
MAPI did not take-off like MS expected it to.

The workaround is to publish to a file and then attach the file to an email
by hand.
