I have been trying to get Sailwave (latest version) to publish results of a regatta and instead of publishing it to my browser, it gives me this error message:
Version: 2.02 build 3
Installed: Unknown
Time: 8:37:09 PM
ShellExecute() error code 31
I've use Sailwave for 5-6 years (various versions) and have never had this problem. I'm running Windows Vista. Any suggestions?
Thank you for any help you can give.

That means that vista doesnt have any application associated with the
extension that sailwave is writing which should be a .htm.
I would guess that something has happened to the browser installation on
that machine.
Maybe something like firefox has been installed & then uninstalled?
If that is the case something like
Tools->Internet Options->Programs and press the Make default button
might fix it.
Alternatively if that doesn't work pressing the Reset button on the
Advanced page might help.

Or, in an Explorer window (My Computer or My Documents), under Tools / Folder Options / File Types , look to see what is associated with a htm file type - should be Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc. If nothing is listed, click on `Change’ to select a browser installed on your PC.
