I recently installed a new computer with Windows 8. Don't know if that is the problem, but I can't get a Competitors List, nor Race Results any longer.
Message comes up as follows: ShellExecute()error code 31
ShellExecute error code value 31 means 'There is no application
associated with the given filename extension.'
Cannot be sure but that probably means you do not yet have a default
program associated with the file type you are trying to use for
publishing. That could be possible with a recently install OS.
Also, is it possible that you are using Publish|Preview? If so maybe the
HTML file is being created in your temp directory but Sailwave is
hiccuping when it tries to pull up the browser to view the file. You
might check in your temp directory for recently added HTM files
(Sailwave uses the alternative extension of HTM rather then the default
extension of HTML for webpage files; in fact, that might also be a
reason for the problem as maybe for some reason there is no software
associated with HTM but there is for HTML - unlikely but possible).
