Publishing Results on Sailwave Website

Hello All

My computer died and I bought a new one and I can not seem to publish on Sailwave Web-site any more comes up with error 0 or sailwave not responding. Has anyone got any ideas what I am doing wrong???

Hi Sean,

  Sorry to hear you needed to get a new computer, always a pain

setting up a new one.

  Your problem could possibly be one of two things [assuming a

Windows 10 system]:

  • Windows 10 firewall could be blocking Sailwave
  •     you need to change the setting on the FTP tab of Global
    options at the bottom which is usually not checked

Thanks for your help it was the FTP setting.

What a relief all sorted now.
